Transformers : Dark of the Moon is the third movie of the Transformers franchise and here is a review of the movie:

Plot of Transformers : Dark of the Moon
During man's first mission to moon the American astronauts discovered a wrecked but highly advanced spaceship. But this document had been marked as top secret and shelved for decades before finally being revealed to the Autobots.

As it turns out, that spaceship was carrying an advanced teleporting device that can finally defeat the Decepticons. So, the Autobots and humans must retrieve the cargo of the spaceship and revive the guardian of the secret technology, Sentinel Prime, Optimus's predecessor.
But the Decepticons have successfully managed to spread their spy network amongst the humans and infiltrate the highest offices. And to make matters worse, unknown to the humans and the Autobots, Sentinel had struck a deal with Megatron. The time has come for Optimus and his followers to choose between their planet of origin, Cybertron, and their adapted planet, Earth.

Review of Transformers : Dark of the Moon
Prior to watching the film I had read 2 or 3 reviews of Dark of the Moon, and
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

this combined with the fact that I could just barely manage to sit through Transformers 2 meant that I went to the theater prepared to be disappointed. And I came out entertained. I have read quite a reviewers say that the movie lacks drama. That may be true, but it sure didn't bother me. I went to watch a mindless sci-fi action film with brilliant special effects and a flesh-flashing crane called Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and that's exactly what I got. Yes, Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon is nothing but a mindless slug fest with a losing fitting jacket of a story. But hey, you gotta realize, that's exactly what its meant to be.
