Two of the greatest comedians in Hollywood are teaming up to bring you a movie that will have you laughing till your lungs pop!! Steven Carell (40 year old virgin) and Tina Fey (30 Rock) are starring in Date Night, being released next Friday April 9th. This film is directed by Shawn Levy who specializes in comedy films. He has directed both of the Night at the Museum movies and the Pink Panther. We can expect him to keep up his good work in Date Night too.

Claire and Phil Foster (Tina Fey and Steve Carell) are a suburban couple slogging through their daily lives and marriage. Their marriage is reduced to nothing more than repetition, repetition, and repetition. Their date nights have merely become a movie and then a dinner. To reignite the marital spark, they visit a trendy Manhattan bistro. There their identities are mistaken and before they know it they are racing through the city at breakneck speeds, into non-stop adventure. Phil and Claire take on a couple of corrupt cops, a top-level mobster—and a crazed cabbie—as their date becomes a night they'll never forget.

Like I mentioned before the star power in this cast is HUGE. Date Night’s cast consists of, of course Steven Carell and Tina Fey. Also joining these two are Mark Wahlberg and James Franco, creating a stacked cast.

I think we can all expect this movie to be a blockbuster hit. Not only does it have hilarious scenes that will fill the theater with laughter, but there is also a romantic aspect to the film that will fill the theater with awww’s.
